Barrel Lasering

This is all about you and your individually designed marker.

With our professional industrial laser, we can apply your desired motif, your name or your team logo to all markers, regardless of the manufacturer and age. Even more complex graphics can be processed. And that even on round surfaces such as the barrel of the marker here. Since the fixed point of the connection thread to the marker can vary with each barrel, we cannot guarantee that certain details of the graphic will appear in certain horizontal positions.

During laser engraving, the color pigments of the anodized metal are burned away, leaving behind an, ideally, white surface.

In principle, this works with all color anodizations, but of course the color black has the highest contrast. You should keep this in mind if, for example, you want to have a light green, silver, “clear/white” anodized marker lasered.

The paint layer is also removed from painted surfaces. Depending on the material, the underlying layer is then revealed. The laser engraving is then noticeable, but only partially visible, which can also have its charms.

Laser engravings are also possible on plastics, such as marker bodies and handles. This is the classic, recessed engraving in the material.

The offer refers - depending on your selection - to a laserring that is applied around the front of the barrel or completely including the back of the barrel - according to a motif template that you provide and that we can use.

The higher the quality of the motif template supplied, the better the laser result will be, which you can quickly achieve in just four simple steps:

1. Add item to shopping cart, complete order including payment.

2. Send your barrel with or without back to Massive Entertainment, Robert-Bosch-Str. 3, 65719 Hofheim – Wallau.

3. Send your own motif as .jpg/.png/.psd/.ai or vector graphic to: laserlab@dlxeurope.com (please include the full address details and the name of the marker and the order number in the email in order to assign the marker you sent in to be able to).

4. Please include a sketch or mockup of where the motif should be placed.

When selecting a motif, we ask you to note that once laser marking has been applied, it cannot be removed.

Some markers are “hard” anodized, which is a very strong, deep and therefore resistant anodized finish. Here the engraving result is gray instead of white. As a rule, “hard” anodized markers are always black. But: Not every black marker is “hard” anodized!
